This policy describes how Johnny Autoseed LLC collects, uses, and protects personal information in accordance with applicable law including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and applicable US federal law.

What We Collect

We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide. If you submit an inquiry via our Google Form, we collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Mailing address
  • Phone number
  • Any other information you choose to include in your inquiry

If you subscribe to our newsletter via Substack, Substack collects your email address on our behalf subject to Substack's Privacy Policy.

We also collect non-personal technical data automatically (see Cookies & Tracking).

How We Use It

  • To respond to your inquiry
  • To send you updates or newsletters you opted into
  • To improve and operate the site

  • Consent - inquiry submissions and newsletter sign-ups

We retain inquiry data for as long as necessary to respond and for legitimate business purposes, then delete it. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe.
