What to expect
We walk the property with you: sun exposure through the day, existing irrigation, soil condition, slope, and anything already growing that's worth keeping.
We measure the square footage that qualifies for conversion and estimate what the Cal Water rebate (up to $7,500 per yard) could be worth for your specific lot.
Within a few days, you get a written report with reference photos: what your yard could become (food garden, native pollinator habitat, or a blend of both) and your rebate estimate.
This is a "here's what you can do with your property" plan, not a build-ready blueprint or a contractor list. We advise; you decide. If you want to go further, that's Tier 2.
If you decide to continue within 90 days, the full $50 fee rolls forward as credit toward Tier 2.
