What to expect
Starting from your Tier 1 report (or a fresh walkthrough if you're starting here), we build out a full site plan: layout, what goes where, and how the space works as a whole rather than piecemeal, with more detailed reference imagery than Tier 1.
We also assemble the paperwork for your Cal Water rebate filing: the documentation, measurements, and supporting detail the application asks for. You review and submit it yourself; we keep this advisory only, so you keep full authority and responsibility for what gets filed.
We do some research and calling around to put together a list of contractors who might be able to take on a project like yours. This list is informational only: we're not affiliated with anyone on it, we haven't negotiated price or availability on your behalf, and we haven't vetted their license, insurance, or reviews for you. Confirm all of that yourself before you hire anyone, we're just trying to save you some legwork.
If you move to the custom tier within 90 days, the full $175 fee credits forward.
